When we receive the applicant online application (from step 1 ) . Admin staff will contact the applicant within three days of filling online application to arrange a meeting with the parent to attend orientation and pay the assessment fee . “Priority will be given to EL Rowad students and their siblings, as we have limited vacancies this year.
Please note that each student will be assessed in English and Math and this assessment will be scheduled during the meeting . (see step 3)
Our staff will be waiting for your student at the arranged time of their assessment so please make sure they have had a good night’s sleep, eaten a healthy breakfast and are ready to perform to the best of their abilities!
If you will be late or unable to make it please let us know ASAP. (see step 4 )
Now we will need a little time for your student’s assessments to be marked by our examiners and then reviewed by a Head of Department who may request a retake.
Everyone wants to know if they are accepted or not, and we try to get this important information to you as quickly as possible following the assessment so be sure to have your phone with you as SMS will be sent to you within 10 working days of the assessment day.
If your student is accepted to join our school you will have 10 business days from the day we inform you to make your payment by cash deposit at our School.
Please note on-time payment secures your student’s place as places are limited and will be offered to other acceptable candidates. (see step 5)
An orientation will be held for all accepted students and parents by the Head of Department . SMS will be sent by phone with the date and time .
N.B one parent only is allowed with the student to attend the orientation .
