RAD is dedicated to inspiring a passion for learning and developing the attitudes, skills, and knowledge that will enable all students to maximize their potential as positive, responsible participants in our now democratic society, as well as in the global community.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

<\/i>Mission<\/span><\/span><\/h2>

At RAD, we are committed to excellence in education. We aim at preparing our students to be confident to face the rigorous challenges of the 21st century.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

We strive to prepare our students to be universal and creative, to have empathy and respect for the diversities, and to constantly connect their learning to real life.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Our primary goal is to smooth the way for the students to have effective roles in building the future of their country and beyond.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

The school\u2019s Motto is a poster in all classrooms and in all school offices.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  1. Believe that curricular goals and expectations for students\u2019 achievements stem out of the school\u2019s vision and purpose. These goals and expectations guide the development of the curriculum and the design of instructional strategies, learning activities, and assessment of student performance.<\/li>\n
  2. Believe in recognizing the value of each individual and his \/ her relationship with others.<\/li>\n
  3. Create global citizens with appreciation and understanding of Arab, Eastern, Western, and other cultures.<\/li>\n
  4. Believe in creating opportunities for every student to be confident, responsible, and self- directed.<\/li>\n
  5. Provide an inspiring environment that encourages learners to aim high and achieve their aspirations.<\/li>\n
  6. Believe that all students can and, with our help, achieve their full potentials.<\/li>\n
  7. Believe that effective learning requires the partnership of students, parents, staff, and the community.<\/li>\n
  8. Believe in working collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents to achieve our shared educational purposes.<\/li>\n
  9. Believe in pursuing high standards for all students and staff; thus, the school environment must be safe, nurturing, and supportive of learning and teaching.<\/li>\n

  11. Believe that state-of-the art technology should be made available to both students and the staff.<\/li>\n
  12. Believe that students\u2019 learning needs are the primary focus of all decisions impacting the school\u2019s educational program.<\/li>\n
  13. Believe that each student is a valued individual with unique intellectual, physical, social, and emotional needs and that RAD provides the necessary provisions to accommodate all these needs.<\/li>\n
  14. Believe that embracing diversity empowers students and enriches the academic atmosphere.<\/li>\n
  15. Provide special-needs students (e.g. students with limited English proficiency or the talented and gifted ones) specially crafted instructional material and resources.<\/li>\n
  16. Believe that students\u2019 self-esteem is enhanced by positive relationships and mutual respect amongst students and staff (instructional as well as administrative).<\/li>\n
